During his research on the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises, Yuan Jiajun emphasized the importance of focusing on the main responsibilities, main businesses, and fulfilling strategic missions to deepen and promote the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises

On the afternoon of November 27th, Yuan Jiajun, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Hu Henghua, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, went to some key state-owned enterprises under the jurisdiction of the city to conduct research on reform work.

Chongqing Port Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Chongqing Logistics Group and an important carrier and leading enterprise for our city to build a shipping center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Yuan Jiajun and Hu Henghua listened to the introduction of the reform breakthroughs of the logistics group and the development of Chongqing Port, inspected the production and operation center of Chongqing Port, and learned about the operation status of the digital cockpit of the international logistics channel. Yuan Jiajun pointed out that Chongqing Logistics Group should focus on building an inland open comprehensive hub, fully implement the work deployment of the municipal party committee, focus on building a modern multimodal transport collection and distribution system and a comprehensive service system for opening up to the outside world, further clarify core businesses, innovate measures to comprehensively improve logistics efficiency, reduce logistics costs, continuously enhance radiation functions, better serve the high-quality development of the western region and the construction of the western land sea new channel, and demonstrate its responsibility in promoting the opening up of the western region. Chongqing Port Co., Ltd. aims to enhance the port terminal level, leverage the cross regional linkage of multimodal transport as the "main battlefield", and comprehensively enhance industry control and regional influence.

The Municipal Agricultural Investment Group is mainly engaged in the operation of the entire agricultural industry chain, and its subsidiary Tianyou Dairy Company is a dairy product full industry chain enterprise with a history of 93 years. Yuan Jiajun and Hu Henghua inspected the company's brand image hall and digital factory, inquiring in detail about the number of cows, fresh milk production capacity, product sales, and enterprise reform. Yuan Jiajun pointed out that Tianyou Dairy must adhere to innovation to win, focus on improving the health level of the masses, keep up with new consumer trends, research new technologies and markets, strengthen cooperation with universities and research institutes, increase research and development efforts in dairy products, continuously improve product quality and added value, and continue to make Tianyou a well-known brand. The Municipal Agricultural Investment Group needs to accelerate the establishment of a modern enterprise system, adjust and optimize business sectors, strengthen the role of innovation core support, continuously stimulate the endogenous driving force of enterprise development, and accelerate optimization and strengthening.

Chongqing Development Investment Company vigorously promotes slimming, fitness, and asset revitalization, actively exploring new paths for high-quality development of state-owned capital investment and operation companies. Yuan Jiajun and Hu Henghua listened to the report on the breakthrough of enterprise reform and conducted on-site research on the Chongqing Human Resources Development Company under the enterprise. Yuan Jiajun pointed out that Chongqing Development Investment Company needs to further clarify its corporate strategic positioning, expand and strengthen its core business, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of asset operations, and deepen reforms to promote the healthy development of the enterprise. Chongqing Human Resources Development Company should adhere to targeting diverse market entities, accelerate business restructuring, innovate and explore new models of human resources services, and make positive contributions and create greater value to promote effective connection between education and industry in the city.

During his research, Yuan Jiajun emphasized the need to deepen the implementation of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Chongqing, and to solidly promote the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Municipal Party Committee. He will make every effort to overcome obstacles, bottlenecks, and difficulties, and comprehensively enhance the competitiveness, innovation, and control of the state-owned economy. All enterprises involved in the reform must firmly shoulder their main responsibilities, focus on their main responsibilities and businesses, fulfill their strategic missions, and strive to become the main force in the construction of a modern new Chongqing. To anchor annual reform goals, dynamically track reform progress, improve reform incentive and restraint mechanisms, and strive to submit high scoring reform reports. We need to coordinate and carry out various tasks related to reform, development, and stability, strengthen the investigation and resolution of contradictions and risks, provide guidance on ideological and public opinion, and ensure a smooth and orderly reform process.
