西洽会概况

中国西部国际投资贸易洽谈会（简称西洽会）由重庆市人民政府共同主办，是中国西部地区的国际盛会，是国家在西部地区的重要外交平台、贸易合作平台和投资促进平台，是推动国际国内合作的重要载体，也是西部地区展示形象扩大对外开放合作的重要窗口。

第六届西洽会拟于2024年5月23—26日在重庆国际博中心举办。大会以“新西部、新制造、新服务”为主题，聚焦成渝地区双城经济圈、西部陆海新通道、长江经济带高质量发展和国家战略腹地建设等国家重大战略，突出西部地区协同合作、整体开放、共同发展，聚力现代生产性服务业发展，推动先进制造业和现代服务业深度融合，分设综合形象展区、现代服务业展区、现代制造业展区、国际和区域合作展区4个主题展区，预计展览规模13万平方米。会议期间，将举办开幕式、重大项目签约，以及物流服务、创新服务、专业服务、投资西部、采购全球等5类主题活动，并配套举办促消费系列活动。

About the Sixth Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade

The Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT), hosted by Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, is an international event serving as a cooperation platform for diplomatic interactions, trade, and investment in Western China. It is an important catalyst for international and domestic cooperation, as well as a key window for Western China to increase its visibility, enhance its openness to the world, and explore international cooperation.

The Sixth Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade is to take place from May 23 to 26, 2024 at the Chongqing International Expo Center. It is themed “New Western China, New Manufacturing, New Services”, zooming in on national initiatives, such as the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region, the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, High-Quality Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and China’s Strategic Hinterland Development. It highlights collaboration, openness, and shared development in Western China, with a focus on the development of modern producer services and the in-depth integration of advanced manufacturing and modern services. 

Four themed exhibition areas, covering 130,000 square meters, will be set up, including Comprehensive Zone, Modern Services, Modern Manufacturing, and International and Regional Cooperation. Key events will be organized, including the opening ceremony, the signing ceremony of key projects, and thematic activities on logistics, innovation services, specialized services, investment in Western China, and global procurement, along with a series of events to promote consumption.
