EXHIBITORS GUIDE
Exhibitors should take good care of the exhibits, samples and personal belongings. Before the exhibition closes every day, the exhibition samples should be stored in the exhibition cabinet, and special valuables should be stored in the safe, or other effective protection measures should be taken, and the special person should be responsible for the guard and management. Exhibitors should enter and leave the exhibition hall on time, so as to ensure the safety of the exhibition samples.
During the exhibition period, the truck carrying the exhibits will enter the exhibition hall, park at the designated place, unload the goods and then drive out. When carrying exhibition samples out of the exhibition hall, they shall be released after being checked by the gatekeeper after a release slip issued by the organizer.
No non-central means of transport is allowed to enter the venue without permission. The vehicles and personnel allowed to enter the venue must comply with the safety regulations of the venue, follow the traffic signs and directions, and obey the command of the site staff. Violators are entitled to be punished by the venue. The pavilion will not assume any responsibility for the safety of its vehicles or personnel during their stay at the pavilion, except for those caused by intentional or negligent staff members.
During the exhibition, the exhibitor must ensure that all the authorized personnel, agents or representatives: wear the "exhibitor card" in a conspicuous position at the exhibition venue for identification and admission; Do not give the "exhibition certificate" to others; Exhibitors are requested to collect the certificate at the time of registration.
