"Magnificent Qinghai · Ecological Brand" Debut at WCIFIT

On May 23, the 6th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) commenced at Chongqing International Expo Center, where Qinghai Province simultaneously launched its "Magnificent Qinghai· Ecological Brands" themed promotion event, showcasing the new image, new manufacturing, and new identity of Qinghai.

In recent years, based on its provincial characteristics, Qinghai has comprehensively advanced more vigorous and higher-level ecological civilization construction, continuously achieving new milestones in building itself into an ecological highland and developing its "Four Key Industries". Organized by the Qinghai Administration for Market Regulation, the "Magnificent Qinghai · Ecological Brand" promotion events have been successfully held in 15 domestic cities including Shanghai, Chengdu, Ningbo, and Wuxi, as well as in major cities of Belt and Road partner countries such as Moscow and Almaty, significantly enhancing the recognition and influence of the "Qinghai-brand".

For this fair, the Qinghai Administration for Market Regulation established a themed pavilion under the "Magnificent Qinghai · Ecological Brand" initiative, bringing together 86 business entities from across the province. The featured products primarily represent Qinghai's efforts to accelerate the construction of a world-class salt lake industrial base, establish a national clean energy industry hub, develop an international ecotourism destination, and build a supply base for green and organic agricultural and livestock products. With an open attitude, these enterprises leveraged the WCIFIT's platform for trade cooperation and investment promotion to collectively promote, introduce, and exhibit Qinghai's distinctive ecological brand products. They engaged in business matchmaking, commercial collaborations, specialized promotions, and centralized signing activities to foster exchanges and cooperation between enterprises from Qinghai and Chongqing. Additionally, exhibitors and local residents were invited to experience intangible cultural heritage such as Thangka and Qinghai embroidery, as well as savor plateau-specialty cuisine.

The Qinghai Pavilion spans over 1,400 square meters, featuring functional zones including an overall image display, ecological imagery exhibition, specialty product showcase, brand promotion display, intangible cultural heritage experience, plateau cuisine tasting, and online live-streaming promotions. Through highlighting Qinghai's new achievements in building an ecological highland and developing its "Four Key Industries", its inherent advantages in fostering new quality productive forces like "green computing power", and the provincial Party Committee and provincial government's practical measures to expand high-standard openness, the exhibition comprehensively presents Qinghai's provincial identity and landscape. Meanwhile, meticulously designed stage performances reflecting the event's theme, cultural imagery, distinctive highlights, and unique plateau ethnic customs were organized. The event collectively showcased the cultural characteristics, industrial strengths, and quality appeal behind Qinghai's ecological brand products, helping enterprises boost confidence, establish collaborations, expand markets, enhance their image, and contribute to high-quality regional economic and social development.
