The 7th WCIFIT | Chongqing's Producer Services Innovation Achievements to Take Center Stage at WCIFIT

On May 22, the 7th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) will kick off in Chongqing, with multiple local producer services enterprises from Liangjiang New Area set to showcase their innovations across industrial design, digital solutions, and intelligent robotics services, as revealed by the district administration on May 21.

A highlight exhibit will be the Chongqing International Trade Digital Platform developed by the Bonded Port Area Group, the municipality's first digital platform integrating government affairs, business operations, commerce, and services ("Four-Service Synergy"). Currently hosting over 110 foreign trade enterprises and 120 third-party service providers, this one-stop trade platform enables "single login, one-time verification, and unified submission" for international traders.

The platform revolutionizes administrative processes by offering online submission with offline agency services for 200+ high-frequency government procedures including company registration, customs filing, and qualification approvals. It has transformed foreign enterprise certification from multiple offline trips to a single online video session, slashing business establishment time from five days to one workday. With features like "Customs-Trade Cloud" interfacing with the Single Window and Golden Gate II systems, the platform achieves over 95% customs declaration accuracy while boosting clearance efficiency by 70%. Additionally, it aggregates legal, financial, tax, and IP services from 10+ categories of third-party providers, delivering full-cycle "online consultation + offline execution" support to mitigate cross-border operational risks and fulfill corporate essentials through one-click solutions.

Chongqing Qiangda Kaichuang Patent Agency has launched its integrated "IP + Technology Transfer + Standardization" service system, which will also make an appearance at the WCIFIT. This service system integrates core links such as patent layout, technical secret protection, and the cultivation of standard-essential patents (SEPs) to build a collaborative mechanism of "protection alongside R&D, standardization alongside transformation". It further breaks the fragmentation of traditional innovation chains, achieves seamless connection from technological R&D to market application, effectively reduces the cost of transforming scientific and technological achievements, and amplifies innovators' technical competitiveness and market influence.

The Intelligent Logistics Application (sandbox model) from Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics, Mobile Data Comprehensive Forensic Extraction System by Huaxin Judicial Expertise Institute, and Large-Scale Complex Component Ultra-High Resolution AI-CT Inspection System of China United Test & Certification Co., Ltd., will be showcased simultaneously.

Particularly noteworthy is artificial intelligence's role as a driving force in producer services, now deeply integrated into Chongqing's industrial development. During this WCIFIT, multiple Chongqing-based AI enterprises will exhibit their latest advancements, demonstrating cutting-edge practices in the "two-way integration" between AI and manufacturing.

A prime example is the THESEUS 3D Adhesive Quality Online Inspection System, which has proven instrumental on Seres Smart Factory production lines and will make its WCIFIT debut. This system specializes in real-time detection of sealant and thermal adhesive application during automotive welding, painting, and assembly processes - covering doors, body frames, lighting systems, sunroofs, and windshields - with micron-level resolution and 99.9% detection accuracy.

GYMD Digital Technology Co., Ltd. will present its hyper-converged all-in-one machine for SME digital transformation, which leverages AI to enable full lifecycle management from sales, procurement, and planning to production, manufacturing, and inventory management. By automating workflows, it enhances efficiency while reducing reliance on paper documentation and manual data entry. In one factory implementation, the solution boosted material usage accuracy by 60%, increased productivity by 50%, achieved 100% data traceability and accuracy, and reduced paper document usage by 90%.

MSCF will unveil two industry-first innovations: "Peipei," China's inaugural large language model-based emotional companion robot, and "Tianjing 2.0," the nation's first retail finance large model.

The intelligent eldercare companion robot represents a breakthrough as China's first system integrating three major models (emotional, embodied AI, and multimodal) with AI psychology and cloud computing technologies. Featuring 32 anthropomorphic expressions, this "brain system" delivers comprehensive emotional support scenarios with 92% response accuracy.

The "Tianjing 2.0" retail finance model excels in key scenarios including marketing acquisition, risk assessment, customer service, compliance, and asset management, currently serving 200 million users and over 300 financial institutions with exceptional efficiency.
