Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

As the Guest Province of Honor, Ningxia will make its appearance at the 4th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT), where it will fully leverage the platform's resources to promote Ningxia's industrial strengths and facilitate the expansion of its high-quality products into broader markets. By establishing a business cooperation platform for investment promotion, Ningxia will showcase and sell its distinctive local products, thereby enhancing the region's appeal and influence while continuously strengthening practical economic and trade exchanges between Ningxia and Chongqing.
 

The 4th WCIFIT will be held in Chongqing from July 21 to 24, 2022. As a national-level international event in China's western region, WCIFIT serves as a vital platform for foreign exchanges, trade cooperation, and investment promotion in the western region. It is also a key vehicle for fostering international and domestic collaboration, as well as an important window for the western region to present its image and expand openness and cooperation.
       

To highlight the new branding of Ningxia's unique and high-quality products, actively explore cooperative opportunities, and advance mutually beneficial development, a Ningxia Pavilion spanning 598 square meters will be set up in Hall N2 of the Chongqing International Expo Center. The pavilion primarily showcases Ningxia's overall image, Chongqing-Ningxia cooperation, the Western Corridor, industrial park collaborations, and the "Six New, Six Special, and Six Superior" industries, aiming to attract domestic and international businesses to focus on and invest in Ningxia while sharing the region's development opportunities with stakeholders from all sectors. Additionally, Ningxia organizes 45 enterprises to bring over 200 varieties of renowned and distinctive products to this year's WCIFIT, including Ningxia wolfberries and their processed products, wine, green agricultural products, Yanchi Tan sheep, and other local specialties, as well as products in the fields of new materials, intelligent manufacturing, modern chemicals, and clean energy.
   

During the WCIFIT, the Department of Commerce of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region will host the Chongqing-Ningxia Economic and Trade Exchange and Cooperation Conference, with a focus on industries such as electronic information, industrial internet, and green food processing. The event aims to strengthen connections with target enterprises in Chongqing, actively establish cooperation and exchange platforms for governments, enterprises, and business associations, and expand cooperation areas and investment channels to lay a solid foundation for practical economic and trade collaboration between Ningxia and Chongqing.
     

It is reported that a series of cultural and tourism roadshow activities will also be held during this event. Through on-site presentations of Ningxia's cultural and tourism resources, artistic performances, and interactive sessions, the activities will showcase Ningxia's cultural and tourism offerings from multiple perspectives. Local residents and visitors can enjoy fine wines and cuisine while appreciating professional performances and presentations, allowing them to fully experience the unique charm of "Jiangnan Beyond the Great Wall · Magical Ningxia" up close and feel the allure of Ningxia.
