"Digital Expert Team" Boosts Automobile Enterprises, and "Sharp Eyes" Enable Smart City Governance - Chongqing's Software "Open Competition for Leadership" Projects Deliver Over RMB 90 Million in Economic Benefits

On March 24, the Chongqing Economic and Information Commission announced that the third batch of key software "Open Competition for Leadership" projects in Chongqing has been successfully completed. Seven projects focusing on cutting-edge fields such as industrial software, automotive software, Beidou and satellite internet application software, and artificial intelligence have overcome technical challenges through the "Open Competition for Leadership" mechanism. A total of 15 representative software products have been developed, with 32 patent applications filed and 27 software copyrights granted, generating cumulative economic benefits exceeding RMB 90 million.

It is worth noting that a number of new applications closely tailored to industrial needs and public service challenges, such as the automobile enterprise "Digital Expert Team" and the city "Sharp Eyes" system, are being rapidly deployed, providing robust software support for Chongqing's manufacturing transformation and upgrading, as well as modern governance of a megacity.

"Digital Expert Team" Addresses Production Collaboration Challenges for Automobile Enterprises

Against the backdrop of intelligent manufacturing, general-purpose large models often struggle to be directly applied in factory workshops. Li Geng, Director of Public Affairs at CloudWalk Technology, noted with a vivid analogy that "while a general-purpose large model can act as a 'generalist', without the decades of industry experience possessed by skilled technicians, its outputs may lack accuracy, and uninformed decision-making could even impact production."

Taking defect detection in new energy vehicles as an example, the traditional approach requires dedicated models and collecting data for each single task. The prospect of "incurring 100% of the cost for only a 1% performance gain" has discouraged many enterprises.

To address this issue, CloudWalk Technology Co., Ltd., together with Chongqing Tsingshan Industrial Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Angma Information Technology Co., Ltd., jointly developed a series of products including the CloudWalk Large Model Training and Inference All-in-one Machine, a general AI intelligent agent platform, and intelligent agents for business decision-making and production line operations, forming a collaborative "Digital Expert Team".

This "Expert Team" features specialized functions: the knowledge management expert can reduce document query response time from 15 minutes to under 3 seconds, helping new employees get started quickly; the production quality expert uses repair data to accurately diagnose faults and make maintenance decisions; the safety monitoring expert generates real-time threat analysis reports to strengthen system security; and the training and office expert supports one-click PPT-to-video courseware conversion and enhances the efficiency of document and seal application processes.

Today, new energy vehicle enterprises have transitioned away from isolated operations in scheduling, business management, and maintenance, achieving overall intelligent collaboration. The product has been deployed in enterprises such as Tsingshan Industrial and Zonsen Group. It has reduced average equipment repair time by approximately 75%, shortened safety production report generation from daily to minute-level, and lowered manual inspection costs by around 80%.

"5G + V2X + Beidou" Establishes a Safety Defense Line for Intelligent Connected Vehicles

Vehicle positioning is fundamental to the integration of perception, decision-making, and control for intelligent connected vehicles. However, precise positioning in scenarios without base stations or network coverage has long been an industry challenge.

Beidou Zhilian (Chongqing) Software Co., Ltd., together with Western Science City Intelligent Connected Vehicle Innovation Center (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. and other organizations, developed an independently controllable 5G-V2X Beidou high-precision integrated positioning product, effectively solving the positioning problem.

Relying on Beidou high-precision positioning and differential enhancement technology, the product can achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy down to specific lanes, providing a foundation for intelligent driving. At the same time, through real-time vehicle-to-vehicle, vehicle-to-road, and vehicle-to-cloud communication via 5G-V2X, it enables positioning compensation in scenarios with weak satellite signals such as tunnels, elevated roads, and underground parking garages, preventing signal interruption.

More importantly, the product integrates multi-source data and demonstrates strong anti-blocking and anti-interference capabilities. It provides continuous and stable positioning with fast response, supporting functions such as forward vehicle warning, collision avoidance assistance, and automatic car-following, significantly improving the safety performance of intelligent connected vehicles in complex scenarios.

At present, the product has been widely applied in multiple vehicle models, including the NEVO E07 EV and NEVO E07 REEV passenger vehicles, as well as autonomous heavy trucks for port transportation and unmanned mining trucks, meeting both general and specialized application scenarios.

AI Intelligent Computing Terminal Gives the City a "Precision Brain"

As a municipality with a large area and population, Chongqing faces challenges in urban governance such as large governance units, complex elements, and refined public demands. Liu Ming, General Manager of CISDI Chongqing Information Technology Co., Ltd., pointed out that AI continues to face multiple challenges in urban governance, such as limited computing power of edge devices, poor model adaptability, high deployment costs; inconsistencies in interfaces and data formats among monitoring devices across different regions, hindering cross-scenario collaboration; and broken links between anomaly detection and response, with an average response time exceeding 30 minutes, resulting in low efficiency.

To address these issues, CISDI Chongqing Information Technology Co., Ltd., together with Chongqing Ouruike Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and other partners, developed a series of products including the Edge Intelligent Computing Terminal T-800, AI Capability Warehouse Platform V1.0, and Cloud-edge Collaborative System V1.0. These products effectively equip the city with "Sharp Eyes" and a "Precision Brain", forming an intelligent closed loop for anomaly detection and rapid response.

Since 2023, these products have been applied in a variety of scenarios such as Tuanjiehu Smart Park, Leshan utility tunnels, Dianjiang Primary School, and the Wanzhou River system lifeline. With over 1,000 deployments and annual market output value exceeding RMB 10 million, they have become an important intelligent governance support for the modernization of megacity governance.
