Jiangbei Signs Five Major Projects Worth RMB20 Billion at WCIFIT

On May 18, the 5th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) commenced. At the Signing of Key Projects, Chongqing's Jiangbei District secured five major agreements with a total investment of RMB20 billion. The projects include: the PipeChina Chongqing Project, C&D China Southwest Headquarters, Changan No.4 Factory Urban Renewal Project, Zhongdian Herui Headquarters Project, and the Digital Economy Industrial Park.

These projects, marked by strong leadership, innovation, and growth potential, are expected to inject fresh momentum into Jiangbei's high-quality development.

Among them, in order to further implement the achievements of Central SOEs - Chongqing Cooperation, accelerate the construction progress of Sichuan-East Gas Transmission Line 2, effectively promote the eastward transmission of natural gas energy from the Chengdu-Chongqing region, and help the rapid economic development of the region, the PipeChina Chongqing Project established in Jiangbei District will continue accelerating the layout of its industrial map in Southwest China;

With Lianfa Group, a core enterprise under C&D, a Fortune Global 500 company and a SOE of Xiamen City, as the leader, based in Jiangbei, and focusing on the goal of enhancing urban functions and expanding urban development space, it will integrate high-quality industrial resources to plan and build the C&D China Southwest Headquarters, which will bring together supply chain, urban comprehensive development and operation, and finance;

The Zhongdian Herui Headquarters Project will give full play to its advantages in the fully independently developed integrated automation software platform and integrated monitoring system, to create a nationally leading rail transit integrated monitoring project.
