New industrial machine-tool products

Its efficiency is four to eight times that of traditional gear shaping.

On Booth N4-A03, Chongqing Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. presents the Y8030CNC, a six-axis, four-axis-simultaneous CNC gear skiving machine, meets world-class standards.

The gears it machines achieve micron-level precision and can be cut either dry or wet. Dry cutting eliminates coolant, slashing the need for effluent treatment. Wet cutting, in turn, applies coolant to cool the tool and carry off the chips.

The equipment has an automation integration interface, can be easily connected to automated production lines, realizes functions such as robot loading and unloading and automatic tool change, and fully meets the cycle-time requirements of large-volume automotive parts production. It readily handles synchronizer rings, reducer internal gears, and other small- to medium-module gears alike, truly achieving "one machine for multiple uses". Renowned for its precision and high efficiency, it delivers machining rates four to eight times higher than those of traditional gear shaping.

In addition, the machine integrates a rapid chip evacuation system and an oil-mist collection device, which can effectively handle cutting dust and coolant mist, making the workshop cleaner and safer and fully complying with green manufacturing standards.

Introducing the world's first intelligent paper production line

The tissue feels as gentle as cotton and velvet.

The tissue glides over your palm as lightly as cotton fluff and its plush nap teases your finger pulp. This cloudlike sensation comes from the newest product showcased by Chongqing Longjing Paper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Holding Group at WCIFIT. The tissue is the first output of the world's inaugural Hy-TAD (through-air drying) paper machine. It will hit the market in June.

Currently, Chongqing Longjing Paper Co., Ltd. has built a high-end wiping paper production line with an annual capacity of 35,000 tons. The entire line requires only five personnel for full-process control, saving at least half the labor of traditional lines.

During production, the paper line is equipped with more than 1,700 control points, achieving dynamic monitoring and automatic control for the whole process from feeding, pulping, refining, spraying, pressing, forming to winding, making quality more stable and production more energy-saving.

"TAD paper fibers exhibit a 3D stereo structure; its softness and bulk are twice those of ordinary paper, and its absorbency exceeds ten times, far above the national premium standard of sevenfold water absorption. Meanwhile, wood-fiber usage is reduced by 20%. In the industry, it is called black technology and airy cotton softness technology," stated a spokesperson of Chongqing Longjing Paper Co., Ltd. on site.

According to the company, the all-bamboo TAD products manufactured on this paper production line integrate high-end quality and environmental protection in one, breaking the drawback that current tissue products can only be either high-end or eco-friendly.

Autonomous delivery vehicle

It can be controlled remotely.

The intelligent unmanned delivery vehicle launched by Chongqing Juntong Automobile Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Holding Group, has attracted industry attention.

Reporters at the site saw that the intelligent unmanned delivery vehicle, developed this year, uses advanced sensors, controllers, and navigation systems and can operate autonomously and safely in all weather, all terrain, and full automation.

The vehicle is installed with an intelligent logistics vehicle networking cloud platform and it provides functions such as vehicle positioning, vehicle online/offline management, historical track querying, vehicle dispatching, and remote monitoring of vehicle operating status, achieving integrated management of people, vehicles, and goods and ensuring the visualization of the transportation process, thereby enhancing the traceability of the entire transportation flow.

It has independent authority to control the vehicle chassis during operation. When an abnormality occurs, it can immediately report to the cloud monitor and take active safety measures. The vehicle is also fitted with monitoring equipment which can monitor vehicle position, speed, temperature, and other parameters in real time. Under special circumstances, remote adjustments can be performed.

Reporters noted that the vehicle is more energy-saving. It uses lithium-iron-phosphate power batteries, and in fast-charge mode it can be fully charged in only one hour, with a full-charge range of up to 180 kilometers. Its designed cruising speed is 40 km/h, and it can autonomously change lanes while driving. It is truly compact yet high-capacity, with overall dimensions of: 3.68m long, 1.576m wide, 2.123m high, and a cargo volume of 5,000 liters.
