Yongchuan Makes Full-Scale Appearance at WCIFIT with Signed Projects Totaling Over RMB13 Billion

From May 22 to 25, the 7^th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center under the theme "New Western China, New Manufacturing, New Services". The event featured three exhibition zones - comprehensive image, international and regional cooperation, and modern industries - spanning nine exhibition halls with a total display area of 110,000 square meters. During the WCIFIT's major project signing ceremony, Yongchuan District signed seven projects on-site, including the Green Fiber High-Value Whole Industrial Chain Project of Chongqing Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Ltd., with a total contract value exceeding RMB13 billion.

At this year's WCIFIT, the Yongchuan District exhibition hall was located at Booth A03 in Hall N7 of the Modern Industry Exhibition Zone, covering 506 square meters. Centered around its development positioning as "Three Zones and One Hub", the exhibition highlighted: Pilot Zone for Integrated Development of Sichuan-Chongqing Adjacent Areas, Demonstration Zone for Digital-Intelligence Integration Reform and Innovation, Model Zone for Modern Quality Living, Western Chongqing International Open Hub, and Yongchuan Specialty Products. The exhibition was divided into seven thematic sections, showcasing 56 distinctive products from Yongchuan District.

Pilot Zone for Integrated Development of Sichuan-Chongqing Adjacent Areas: This section focused on showcasing the "3322" key industrial cluster system and modern industrial system. The exhibition featured physical displays from Yongchuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Zone, along with informational panels and digital screens highlighting key enterprises such as Xinyi Glass, Great Wall Motors, and Yadea Electric Motorcycles.

Demonstration Zone for Digital-Intelligence Integration Reform and Innovation: This section is divided into two thematic areas - sci-tech innovation and sci-tech film production. The sci-tech innovation area displayed Yongchuan's advanced technologies, including Hongjiang Machinery's high-pressure common rail system for diesel engines, which has driven the company's domestic market share in diesel fuel injection systems to 70%. The sci-tech film production area highlighted Yongchuan's achievements in the film industry, such as constructing Western China's only and nationally leading LED virtual production studio. It also promoted upcoming events like the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Film Festival.

Model Zone for Modern Quality Living: This section showcased Yongchuan's high-quality living environment through multiple dimensions, including: vocational education achievements - with 18 vocational colleges and universities hosting 200,000 students and faculty, the district annually cultivates nearly 50,000 skilled professionals; and tourism resources - as a nationally recognized "Excellent Tourism City", Yongchuan boasts premium attractions including Leheledu Animal Theme Park (Locajoy), Tea Mountains and Bamboo Sea, and Huanggua Mountain. This section features an "AI Professor" installation capable of conducting lecture-based teaching, programming instruction, question-answering sessions, and hands-on experimental demonstrations.

Western Chongqing International Open Hub: This section highlighted Yongchuan's progress in developing an open transportation hub, emphasizing its "highway-rail-water-air" multi-modal transport advantages integrating highway, rail, waterway and air networks. With seven highways, three railways, one port area and one airport either operational or under construction, Yongchuan is establishing itself as a critical nodal point for Chongqing's southbound and westward transportation corridors.

LED Screen: It cycled through promotional videos including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Film Festival press conference, Yongchuan District's "Achieve Your Potential in Yongchuan" campaign, cultural tourism promotions, and investment attraction materials.

Yongchuan Specialty Products: The exhibition featured local delicacies and premium goods, including: Yongchuan Xiuya Tea (famous green tea), Yongchuan fermented soybeans, 5,000-Year-Old Duck Soup, Zhennan Fragrance (agarwood products), and Xiuya Craft Beer.

Performance Area: The space hosted cultural performances including Leheledu Animal Theme Park (Locajoy) shows and traditional tea ceremony demonstrations.

The exhibition hall comprehensively demonstrated Yongchuan's industrial capabilities through showcased products such as: Great Wall WEY All-New Gaoshan SUV, Tank 300 Hi4-T, Yadea Guanneng Starship S80, Googol P-Series Diesel Engines, Chongqing Kankan ADAS Camera Modules, Sodium-Ion Batteries, 6/XTTG0070B+12A+6CH Ultra-Clear Triple-Silver Insulated Glass, Wide-Range Electric/Magnetic/Seismic Multi-Parameter Integrated Detectors, Freeze-Dried Kale Powder, and Siji Silk Fibroin Premium Cosmetic Series.
