The 7th WCIFIT | "Chongqing Premium Products" Deeply Integrate with Nationwide EasyJoy Channels to Expand National Market Reach

On the afternoon of May 22, a key event of the 7th Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) - "Chongqing Gifts, Trade Journey Together" Production and Sales Matching Conference - was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center. Focused on rural revitalization and consumption upgrading, the conference established a nationwide platform to propel Chongqing's food and agricultural products into domestic markets nationwide.

Co-guided by Chongqing's Task Force for High-Quality Development of Food and Agricultural Product Processing Industries, Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce, Chongqing Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Commission, and the Chongqing Municipal Economy and Information Technology Commission, the event was hosted by Sinopec EasyJoy Sales Co., Ltd. and organized by Sinopec Chongqing Petroleum Company (hereinafter "Sinopec Chongqing Petroleum"). It aimed to deepen the integration between "Chongqing Premium Goods" and EasyJoy's national distribution network, facilitating broader access for "Chongqing Quality Goods."

As reported, EasyJoy is China's largest chain convenience store brand by outlet count. In Chongqing, its 400+ stores rank first among all direct-operated convenience chains in the municipality.

During the conference, Sinopec Chongqing Petroleum reached cooperation intentions with 19 provincial branches (e.g., Jiangsu, Guangdong) and signed procurement agreements with 19 brands including Wanyuanjia Drug and Youzhou Camellia Oil, covering agricultural products, trending ingredients, and specialty items. With transaction volumes exceeding RMB300 million, these deals enable bidirectional empowerment between Chongqing Premium Products and EasyJoy's national network.

Furthermore, the conference unveiled the Chongqing EasyJoy Ecosystem Plan, which proposes deep alignment with Chongqing's modernization initiatives under the principle "SOEs Serve the Nation, Thriving in Chongqing." The plan accelerates an "Integrated Energy + Comprehensive Services" system to deliver clean energy for economic development while providing premium lifestyle services.

Onsite, the "Chongqing Specialty Goods Corridor" and "EasyJoy Premium Zone" showcased 60 local products like the Youyang 800 Series, hotpot broth, and Chongqing noodles. Besides the exhibits, dedicated promotion sessions featured Youyang County presenting its "Youyang 800" ecological line (camellia oil, rice, spring water), while 50+ external brands introduced premium goods to strengthen platform collaboration.

A Sinopec Chongqing Petroleum executive said that with the launch of this nationwide matchmaking initiative, the company will focus on building a high-quality benchmark for the transformation and upgrading of integrated energy, deepen the "energy + consumption" model, and make full use of the entire industrial-chain advantages of the central SOE. This will help Chongqing's food and agricultural processing industry develop at a higher level and support the municipality in becoming an International Consumption Center City.
